Volunteer Week
Ponoka FCSS collaborates with other local agencies to host a celebration to honour our local volunteers each year. Entertainment and refreshments are provided to anyone who has volunteered within the Town of Ponoka or Ponoka County over the past year.
Two awards are given annually to volunteers in our community: the Rita Scott Award and the Morna Chorney Award. Deadline for application is March 31st for the Rita Scott Award and April 1st for the Morna Chorney Award. Application forms are available at the FCSS office or on attached links:
